Refunds may only be requested within 24 hours of an order being placed. I begin processing orders within 24 hours of receiving them. Once this has happened an order cannot be cancelled.

Please ensure your address is correct before checking out because I begin processing orders almost immediately. If your address is wrong, and you message me to change it, there is a good chance I will forget, because I am a mom of four kids and have no brain cells left.

If there is anything wrong with your order, please contact me so that I can fix it.
